helpful staff clean room apartment upgrade plenty space
i found the staff at reception to be both friendly and helpful. my room was clean. i appreciated being upgraded to an apartment. it had plenty of space, more than i expected.
the parking was a bit expensive.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
dismissive tone valet service
The attitude from the safety and compliance department left much to be desired. My rental car sustained damage via the valet service. This was less than ideal. The staff member assigned to the case responded to my email with a dismissive tone. I contacted Hertz for clarification as instructed but remain dissatisfied with the hotel's handling of the situation.

central location friendly staff
The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided helpful information, a great kitchen was available. I found the hotel quiet, which I appreciated after long days.

The location was central. The suite felt large, like an apartment! A washer and dryer were available, which I needed. The staff was friendly.

The three bedroom option helped during my work trip and allowed segregation. The location was also very convenient for accessing nearby parks. I found the laundry and kitchen amenities helpful. Upper floors offer pleasant views to appreciate after a day of work.

fantastic central stay
central location comfortable beds lovely toiletries
the location was central, great to easily pop back to the hotel after shopping or between activities. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. i appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and the thoughtful inclusion of toiletries, really lovely additions.
i noticed the gym was a little compact.
